I love lingerie and obviously New Year will always be a good excuse to wear some new sexy under garments.

The gorgeous Julia Roberts is the new face for the French House Givenchy in it’s Spring/Summer 15 campaign!!!!! And I just love it, she looks modern and stunning in the minimal black and white look!

Riccardo Tisci, the Artistic Director behind the brand explains why Julia is the perfect match for the brand:

 "I think that she represents such a mature woman... For me, Julia is many things. She has this strength as an actress, but she’s also this beautiful American woman. She’s a big star, but she’s not a paparazzi or a blog monster. It’s going to be my tenth year at Givenchy in March, so I wanted to represent the woman who is more mature, beautiful, talented, but also unpretentious.”

Wow!!! An amazing sale with big brands is coming!!!!

I wish I could divide myself and go to this sale and be able to attend my friends wedding in Kuala Lumpur....

The event will take place at the InterContinental Doha Al Waiba ballroom on the 19th and 20th.

2nd Edition of MAL LAWAL Exhibition

Finally the Al Riwaq exhibition center is opening with a new exhibition. This time is the 2nd edition of the Mal Lawal that will be presenting interesting private collections of Qataris.

Mal Lawal means ‘from the old days’ and its the perfect name that symbolizes all the history and heritage beyond each object.

"Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Father Emir officially launched the second Mal Lawal – biennial organized by Qatar Museums.

Mal Lawal is the only event of its kind in the region. A unique showcase of private collections, it blends heritage and culture and celebrates historically and socially significant objects and antiques. The initiative is made possible under the guidance and leadership of HE Sheikha Al Mayassa bint Hamad Al Thani, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of #QatarMuseums"

The collection also includes a large collection of rare manuscripts donated by the Emir.

Also in will be showcased a display of contemporary work by three generation of Qatari Artists.

The exhibition (next to the Islamic Museum) will be open until January 2015 and the entrance is FREE.

Pantone 918-1438) named Marsala was elected for 2015 Color Of The Year.

Since 1990 the New Jersey company based Pantone Color Institute selects the big chosen “Color of the Year”.

This “earthy red wine” color is rich, elegant, sophisticated and will be easily wearable by everyone…

I guess it’s time to think in some nice clothes, accessories in this wonderful and naturally earthiness color.
