Victoria Beckham private wardrobe sell to charity

The fashion designer and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham is opening her closet to sell more than 600 items chosen by herself to help and support the charity Mothers2Mothers. This organization trains, employes and empowers Mentor Mothers (mothers living with HIV) to educated them on the prevention and transmission of HIV from mothers to babies and improve the health of women and there families.

This private sell will take place on-line in association with The Outnet and with the support of Christie's, which valued the items, from August 20 to 25.


"I laughed a lot when we were going through my wardrobe as the pieces hold so many happy memories for me, David and the children," added the 40-year-old star. "A lot of the clothes have been specially designed for me by the most talented designers and I've loved wearing them, however I now feel it's someone else's turn to enjoy them."


This exclusive sale will include iconic items from her wardrobe and used by her in many special occasions like from the "Posh Spice" time to fashion parties, big events, runway show appearances. The sale will include hats, jewelry, bags, shoes, ready-to-wear, costume pieces, evening dresses, coats and even skiwear.
