The Chinese new year just got started!!! And this year it will be dedicated to the Horse.
To celebrate the new year the Italian Fashion house Gucci created a "China Exclusive" Capsule Collection specially dedicated to the Horse year.
Gucci has always been related to equestrian tradition and with the world of horses for the last 90 years. The signature horse bit hardware present in so many pieces as also been an inspiration for many of the brand's motifs and collections. So nothing more appropriate than honor the Chinese new year launching a collection to pay respect to this years zodiac animal "the Horse".
The collection in bright red is decorated with gold clasps and straps, the colors symbolizes prosperity, luck and success. The collection features the classic Bright Brit handbag, clutch and shoulder bag, the interior of the bags are decorated with brass plates with "China Exclusive"to mark that they belong to the collection.
On the official website, Gucci says that this special edition represents "auspicious, successful and lucky horse culture mixed with Chinese red, and further embody the exquisite and detailed design of the gold horse mouthpiece".
